After the 1963 ethnic clashes, the Turkish Cypriot community established different governing structures in order to maintain its communal existence: The Provisional Turkish Cypriot Administration (1967), The Autonomous Turkish Cypriot Administration (1974) and The Turkish Federated State of Cyprus (1975).
